 125 CRPC is the order for maintenance of parents, wives and children’s

 If any person refuses or neglects to maintain after having sufficient means comes under 125 CRPC. 

  The main purpose of 125 CRPC is to get a social purpose in society. If you are facing any of these problems you can apply to any district where the person who is eligible to pay settle or where the wife lives or where the person lived last with the wife or with the mother or with the child. 

 

  • IPC 498A

 If you are a married woman and any violence is done to you by your husband or by or by her in-laws or any relative of the husband don’t worry IPC 498A is made to deal with all kinds of violence. Three-year punishment and fine depending on the supreme court judgement is prescribed under IPC 498a. Cruelty can be defined as –

 

  • If a woman is violated in such a way that she tries to commit suicide or cause an injury to herself, which may be destructive. Evidence is required to prove case cruelty.

 

  • If women or any other person has been harassed to meet some unlawful demands.

 

 

  • Article 21

 

Article 21 of the Indian constitution clearly states that everyone has the right to live liberally and securely. No one has the right to destitute in others life or personal liberty that is clearly stated in the procedure made by law. 

 

 

IPC 506 is an act that tells about all punishment for criminal coercion. No matter who the person is, if he/she has committed any criminal activity shall be punished with imprison­ment, or with a fine, or with both depending on the crime, if the result of the crime is death or grievous hurt, etc. If you have attempted any of the criminal activity to cause death you may be punished with imprisonment till death(lifetime imprisonment), or with term based imprisonment which may be extended to seven years, or shall be punished with imprison­ment on a term which will extend till seven years, or with fine, or with both. The criminal code of India is known as the penal code of india. It is an extensive code that covers all the substantive aspects of criminal laws.
